Internal Error Codes

We use internal Error Codes to help identify where the problem is in the operation of your software.

These Error Codes usually appear when a file is missing, a product is out of date or some action has not been taken by the user that might be necessary for the attempted activity.

Common User Errors

Initial Download of Software

When Downloading Software it is necessary to download the Program and the Activation File.
The Program Will Not Run Until it is ACTIVATED.
 
The Download page has 2 Steps to complete the download and activate the software.

  2. Download Activation File

Software Use Period Expired

Life Time Use

Users may use the following software for life.
  • PRO (Full World)
  • PRO Upgrade
  • U.S.A. Only
  • Non-U.S.A.
Life Time Use DOES NOT include Upgrades for Life nor does it include Data Base Updates for Life
Upgrades and Data Base Updates are never for more than a 1 year period.

Program Upgrades & Data Base Updates

Upgrades and Updates are available for a maximum of 1 year. The following list indicates the period of Upgrades and Updates for each software release:

PRO Upgrade Adds 365 days
North America 365 days
TRIAL VERSIONS  
PRO Trial 6 Month 6 Months
PRO Trial 1 Month 1 Month
   

Upgrades

Upgrades are necessary to take advantage of new features only.
 

Data Base Updates

Updates are necessary to maintain accurate and current data bases. The Updates also provide changes to Lottery / Lotto Games for such factors as the number of balls in a drawing. When a new game is added to a particular State or Country the Data Base Updates contain the data necessary to make those drawings available.

Attempting Operation With No Files Open

The first step in using this Lottery Software is to OPEN a FILE. That is, You must select a State and a Game for that State or a Countries Game and OPEN that Game. No operations may be performed on a Data Base until that Data Base is opened.
