Controlling Lottery  Data Bases

The Data Bases section displays the beginning and ending date of all drawings in the open data base as well as the number of Drawings Used (in this case 100).

SHOW Command Buttons

Select SHOW or HIDE Command Buttons

With the buttons hidden the screen appears less complicated. They may be toggled on or off.

Check Fav

Select Check Fav

The screen initially displays the numbers from your Favorite Numbers in the Preferences section. However, these numbers may be changed manually - either one at a time or all.

Select the Numbers you want by changing them manually.

Then Check the Box Below the numbers you want to check.

Then Select Display Results

The display shows each time one of your numbers hit and the date it / they hit.

Download

Select Download - be sure you are connected to the internet.

Edit

Select Edit

The Edit Mode is for the purpose of editing previously entered drawings.

The display starts by showing the latest drawing in the Game Data Base.

Select <<Save/Back button to locate the drawing you wish to edit. After editing a record the <<Save/Back or Save/Next>> buttons will save the current "edited" drawing before moving.

Select Yes "Delete Current Drawing at Next Sort" to mark a drawing for delete.

Select SAVE EXIT and the current drawing will be saved before exit.

Select Cancel to leave the Current Drawing unchanged and exit.

 

View

Select View

The View Mode is designed to View without changing any data.

Selecting View/Next>> when on the last record in the DB will switch you to the ADD Mode.

 

The following message will appear when changing to the ADD Mode

Select OK

Add

Select Add

The Add Mode is designed to allow the user to keep data up to date without downloading from the internet.

Download Data from internet as the best way to keep your data up to date daily

For your convenience the field under Previous Draw displays the last drawing entered.

If you entered ADD Mode from View Mode or Edit Mode the number fields will be blank. Otherwise start by selecting Save/Clear.

 

Repeat the following until all drawings have been entered.

Select Save/Clear to clear the number fields for the next entry.

Select Date for New entry using Calendar or the Increment Date button.

Once all data is entered.

Select SAVE EXIT on the last data entry instead of using the Save/Clear. This is due to the fact that the Save/Clear button will Save the Current Drawing and leave the data entry fields clear.

DO NOT Select SAVE EXIT if the data entry fields are blank - instead use Cancel.

Select Cancel only cancels the current record and Exits.

List Draws

Select List Draws

Drawings are listed by date.

ReLoad

Changing the number of drawings used in calculation can make dramatic changes to the Picks. This is a very important matter to consider in making calculations.

Enter a new number of drawings to be used in calculations. the new number goes in the Drawings Used field -- in this case replace the 100.

Select ReLoad

The Step Mode will be used if it is authorized in the Set Up Options.
