Downloading Lottery Data Bases

Data Bases may be downloaded whenever you want.

We update lottery / lotto data bases daily between Noon and 4:00 pm EST.

Here is what to do:

Select Download

-Or-

Select Download

The following screen will appear Unless you have set internet connection to always on in the Set Up Options.

Be sure you have an internet connection.

Select OK if this screen appears.

The Internet Connection Screen with the Download Screen may take an unusual long time if you have your Firewall on.

You should be able to give permissions to the Firewall that will allow future downloads to process more quickly.

We have NO control over the time it takes to connect.

You may Scroll down the screen to reach the Download Options.

Download Selection

Based on Speed you might want to check your speed - here is a handy connection to check your Internet connection speed.

There are two Red X's on the upper right corner of the Download connection.

When completed you must close the window by selecting the Outer Red X

Instructions

At the bottom of the Download Screen there appears a complete set of instructions for the download process. Please read them at least once prior to download.

If you Need Help with Download click on one of these options to send us an eMail explaining your problem.

Be sure you are connected to the internet.

If you have download problems send one of the following eMails - do not change the automatic subject line.
